Credit Risk Director, Mid-Market & Growth Technology
An experienced credit risk professional is requited to join an international bank as a Director within CIB Credit covering EMEA. In this role, you will support the Group Head in developing and managing the credit risk framework, portfolio monitoring, and early warning systems, ensuring alignment with shareholder, client, and regulatory expectations.
You will lead a team of credit professionals specializing in Middle Market and Growth Technology credit, while exercising credit approval authority and making recommendations to senior management. Key responsibilities include guiding the team on credit analysis, providing expert guidance on deal-specific matters, and actively managing a portfolio of credit accounts. You will also contribute to the development of divisional credit strategies, monitor industry trends, and ensure adherence to internal policies and risk appetite.
To succeed, you should have strong experience in corporate banking or structured finance, with a focus on Middle Market and Growth Technology sectors, recent managerial experience and have held credit sanctioning authority.
