Human Resources Business Partner – Fixed Term Contract 

We are currently assisting a very well respected Lloyd’s Broker recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for their forward thinking and proactive Human Resources function.

The wider HR team consists of L&D, Comps and Bens and Payroll functions allowing you to partner the business fully.

The Broker has always had employee welfare at the forefront of whatever they do, from developing their employee wellbeing to professionally developing their employees. They are one of the leading and well respected Insurance Brokers in their field. This is highlighted on the HR projects you and the rest of the HR team will be responsible for.

Reporting into a fantastic and knowledgeable HR Manager you will be tasked with:

• Strategically partnering a very senior team of C-Suite individuals continually coaching
•Act as main point of contact for all employee queries whilst liaising with HR specialists
• Advise and lead on recruitment needs for designated departments
• Driving the development of your business units’ employees, ensuring professional development

The role is joining an HR team that is extremely well thought of within the internal structure of the business and is integral in working towards the company’s strategy and business goals.
