Restaurant General Manager, London £50k-£55k + tronc + bonus

Having started as a pop up, this popular concept has gained an established following and is now opening a new permanent restaurant in London.
The restaurant aims to be a neighbourhood restaurant as well as a destination establishment appealing to a wide audience with its creative, seasonal food set in a modern, elegant surrounding.

As the General Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running and management of the business including financials
* Leading the FOH team (including bar)
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
* Working closely with the owners, Exec Chef and Head Chef to drive and evolve the business
* Involved in marketing and social media

Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 3 years at General Manager level within a high quality restaurant
* Ideally have been involved with a restaurant launch or new opening
* Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Be strong in financial acumen and able to produce reports, cost control and manage budget
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have good communication and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
