Head Chef, London £55k-£60k + tronc

Having started as a pop up, this popular concept has gained an established following and is now opening a new permanent restaurant in London.
The restaurant aims to be a neighbourhood restaurant as well as a destination establishment appealing to a wide audience with its creative, seasonal food set in a modern, elegant surrounding.

As the Head Chef, you will be
* Working in collaboration with an award winning Exec Chef
* Creating an evolving, seasonality led menu showcasing incredible ingredients
* Inspiring, leading, managing and developing the kitchen team encouraging creativity and passion
* Working closely with the management to drive and evolve the business

Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 3 years at Head Chef level within a high quality restaurant
* Ideally have been involved with a restaurant launch or new opening
* Have an incredible passion for food and ingredients
* Be experienced in working over open fire
* Have exceptional culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have good communication and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
