Located in Soho, this Mexican street food restaurant offers authentic Mexican tacos in a fast-casual dining setting. All food is freshly prepared on site with handmade tacos and salsas.
As the Grill Chef, you will be
* Working as part of a small team
* Preparing tacos and salsas from scratch and cooking on the grill
* Managing prep and cooking food to order
Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:30 – 00:30
Working hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week
Our ideal candidate would be
* A strong Chef with a stable work history
* Experienced within a busy professional kitchen
* Able to cook from scratch using fresh ingredients
* Genuinely passionate about food and ingredients
* Keen to learn Mexican food and flavours
* A good communicator with strong organizational skills
* Flexible and willing with a positive manner
