This newly opened restaurant gained an established following as a pop up and has now opened a permanent site based in a vibrant part of London
The restaurant aims to be a neighbourhood restaurant as well as a destination establishment appealing to a wide audience with its unique creative, seasonal food and passion for natural wines set in a modern, elegant surrounding.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be
* Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant
* Leading and managing the FOH team (including bar)
* Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer
* Working closely with the owners, and Exec Chef to drive and evolve the business
* Involved in the wine menu and be confident in recommending wines
* Building a relationship with the local community
* Involved in marketing and social media
Our ideal candidate would
* Have a minimum of 3 years at General Manager level within a high quality restaurant
* Ideally have worked within a neighbourhood restaurant
* Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation
* Hold their WSET qualification and be knowledgeable about wines and natural wines
* Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team
* Have good communication and organizational skills
* Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed
