Sous Chef, B&I London up to £44k Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for a passionate and food focused Sous Chef to support the running of the kitchen at this small site based in Central London.
Catering for both staff dining and high end hospitality/client dining, the offer includes a breakfast and lunch service in a unique setting.
So what will you be doing? As the Sous Chef, you will
* Support the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen and service
* Be involved in creating innovative menus
* Help drive the business forward
* Support with paperwork, ordering and stock take
Working hours are Monday to Friday (some evenings included) 40 hours per week with paid overtime
What we are looking for in a candidate:
* A strong Sous Chef with a genuine passion for food and customer service
* Experience in B&I catering or restaurants – strong hospitality/event background
* Excellent eye for detail and presentation
* Up to date with food trends and concepts
* Ability to take responsibility for the kitchen and day to day running
* Able to work well within a team as well as use initiative
* Flexibility and a positive attitude
