You must be 18 or over and have the ability to work inside a prison kitchen, supporting prisoners in food production and cooking. Security clearance is required, including a 5-year UK address history. A positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach is a must, along with an equivalent of NVQ Level 2 qualification and a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a team of chefs to create quality meals from a pre-ordered menu, preparing breakfast, lunch, and evening meals, supervising and supporting prisoner workforce in food production, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years cooking experience required

Schedule: 11-hour day shifts with weekend availability, opportunity for overtime, and 4 days on 4 days off.
