VP Sales Opportunity at Series A Start-Up – Enterprise SaaS Solution

Role Overview:

As VP Sales, you will be instrumental in quickly understanding and establishing the go-to-market strategy. Joining in the early stages and reporting to the CEO/Founder, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to scale revenues, identifying new market opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Craft and implement a scalable GTM playbook
  • Recruit, onboard and coach a high performing enterprise sales team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement


What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a successful sales leader, such as VP Sales or Head of Sales, in a Series A/B SaaS enterprise software organization with a track record of growing revenue
  • Referenceable success hiring, coaching and leading high-performing sales reps
  • Strategic prowess in constructing GTM playbooks, territory and account plans
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex deals at Fortune 500 companies through a structured sales process
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven sales leadership mindset
  • Experience in selling disruptive/new market entrant enterprise SaaS solutions
