Customer Engineer- Zero Trust, Network Security, Remote Access
East Coast (remote)
Salary: $157k basic $225k OTE + equity
My client has created a game-changing, simple and effective Network Security platform. They think about Network Security differently and have created a platform that is easy to deploy and ultimately stops attackers from winning.
It is a fully automated platform for zero trust segmentation and remote access. They do things differently as the platform, unlike competitors, is 100% automated, agentless, provides MFA everywhere & micro-segmentation.
They have just received their Series B funding and raised $20mil and had their best year ever exceeding 5x in revenue.
The Role:
They are currently looking to expand their Customer Engineer team and are looking for someone who has a Sales Engineering/Presales background but also someone who has been heavily involved in post-sales activities including deployment, support to customers & ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- 5+ years in a Customer Engineer/ Sales Engineer/ Pre/Post-Sales position within Network Security/ Cyber Security
- Must have a strong background in consulting or being customer facing after a sale
- Experience collaborating with Sales to identity/qualify opportunities
- Deliver POC’s
- Experience deploying solutions, troubleshooting, ensuring customer usage/understanding of the product & gathering crucial feedback from customers regarding the product
