We are currently working with a global Lloyds broker, who are on their search for a Claims Executive, to join their business on a full time basis in the heart of Manchester. This is a hybrid position with an average of two days in the office. As a Claims Executive, you will be directly responsible for handling claims from first notification to the final settlement.
This role will have a large focus on handling commercial claims with a specialty in the sports and entertainment and high net worth insurance.
Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring all claims and correspondence on delegated authority cases are correctly maintained.
Registering new claims accurately on systems and updating those claims files.
Providing advice and assistance to clients, to actively manager the claim process and minimise lapse time.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Lloyds of London insurance market. They will also have had previous experience of successfully managing the claims process from cradle to grave. The ideal candidate will also have experience in commercial insurance.
