Are you a talented Personal or Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Then look no further than this opportunity to join our client, a well know professional services company.  In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership team.  
Ideally you will have experience within Financial or Professional Services as an EA or PA
This is a hybrid role two/three days in the office role where you will serve as a key point-of-contact for various matters within the business’s global remit, such as complex diary and travel management, recordkeeping and basic HR queries, expenses, and other ad hoc projects as required.  
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Complex diary and travel arrangements, including last-minute national and international arrangements as the business requires 
  • Handling expenses and preparing them for sign-off, utilising Concur 
  • Design and produce high-quality corporate-style PowerPoint presentations 
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments 

As evidenced from the above, the ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work under high pressure as well as having a strong background as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant. Their attention to detail will be second-to-none, with high accuracy even in the face of high-volume varied business. They will possess an ability to deliver on the role through excellent analytical skills, interpersonal relationship building, and the ability to proactively work without the need for regular supervision. 
In summary, this is the role for someone with the internal drive and gumption needed to ensure everything is running smoothly of the Senior Leadership Team.
